People still search Google the old way. But a growing number now ask an AI assistant for a recommendation instead — and that assistant only mentions the businesses it can understand clearly. Claivo tracks both sides at once: how you rank in traditional search and Maps, and whether AI answer engines like ChatGPT and Perplexity know enough about you to recommend you.
We're an online, fully remote team. There's no office to visit, and there doesn't need to be: what matters is what shows up when your customers search, wherever they are.
Our approach is deliberately plain: we don't hand you a dashboard full of jargon and leave you to figure it out. Every audit and every monthly report is written in language a business owner (not a marketer) can act on.
